Description:

The purpose of this grant is to assist Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute (CCCTI) with funding to deliver structured technology, engineering, and advanced manufacturing (TEAM) training through career pathways designed to fill the workforce needs of employers in the area. Focus areas include production level training for manufacturers, welders, upholstery & sewing trades in furniture manufacturing, machine operators, maintenance techs, mechanical engineers, biotechnology/pharmaceutical techs, information technology and electrical linemen. The TEAM pathway program will allow high school, continuing ed, incumbent worker training or degree-seeking students to stop-in and stop-out at various points along the pathway as they build on current or past training.
