This grant funded Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute (CCCTI) to deliver structured technology, engineering, and advanced manufacturing (TEAM) training through career pathways designed to fill the workforce needs of employers in the area. Focus areas included production level training for manufacturers, welders, upholstery & sewing trades in furniture manufacturing, machine operators, maintenance techs, mechanical engineers, biotechnology/pharmaceutical techs, information technology and electrical linemen. The TEAM pathway program allowed high school, continuing ed, incumbent worker training or degree-seeking students to stop-in and stop-out at various points along the pathway as they built on current or past training.
