This award provides funding to Greater Winston-Salem Development Corp. to conduct due diligence analyses on the 169-acre Tanglewood Business Park. Due diligence to be completed with Golden LEAF funds must meet requirements described in the Golden LEAF SITE Program and may include a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment; Wetlands and Stream Delineation; Threatened and Endangered Species Report; Initial Historical, Archaeological and Cultural Resource Review; Buildable Area Summary Map; Water System Flow Analysis; and Title Opinion.
