This award provides funding to the Town of Tabor City to construct an approximately 25,000 square foot shell building, expandable to 50,000 sf, located at the Tabor City Industrial Park. The county anticipates that completion of the building would result in $2,430,900.00 in public infrastructure investment, $750,000.00 in private capital investment, and the creation of 20 new jobs with an average annual wage of $55,000.00. Golden LEAF funds will be used for design, planning, site work, and construction of the shell building.
