Description:

The North Topsail Beach town hall was damaged by wind and rain as a result of Hurricane Florence. The town will repair the building, add hazard mitigation improvements, and likely expand the facility. Golden LEAF disaster recovery funds will be used to support improved repair of infrastructure damaged as a result of Hurricane Florence to support hazard mitigation. FEMA Public Assistance and insurance proceeds will be used to complete the project.
