The Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry, Inc. (WARM) was a 501(c)(3) nonprofit formed in response to Hurricanes Bertha and Fran. Funding awarded from the NC Hurricane Florence Relief Fund was used to assist victims of Hurricane Florence with immediate home repairs and insurance deductibles. WARM assisted homeowners in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender counties.
