Flooding from Hurricane Matthew deteriorated the Town of Ayden’s stormwater infrastructure in the Montclair subdivision. Collapsed and failing pipes have resulted in localized flooding and formation of sinkholes. This Golden LEAF grant will support replacement of stormwater infrastructure to restore stormwater drainage and eliminate existing hazards.
