The purpose of this grant is to provide a portion of funds needed by Western Piedmont Community College (WPCC) to expand and modernize an existing facility for the college’s Industrial Systems Technology (IST) degree program, and increase offerings in Mechatronics/IST curriculum and other workforce development programs to respond to industry demand.
