The Town of Lake Waccamaw was flooded during Hurricane Florence, damaging the town’s sewer system. The town’s wastewater treatment facility and several sewer lift stations were submerged. Golden LEAF disaster recovery grant funds will be used to elevate the control panel and install on-site backup power generators at five lift stations.
Any project more than a couple of years old may not reflect current Board priorities.
