This grant provides funding to Randolph County to support significant transportation improvements such as turn lanes and traffic signals to accommodate the heavy truck and employee traffic associated with an anticipated 1.7 million square foot Ross Stores, Inc. distribution center in Randleman. The project will create 852 jobs and $450 million in capital investment. These transportation improvements will also serve other properties in the area.
