This grant provided funding to Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) to design and implement up to four “career pathway” programs in the areas of Composites, Automotive/Aviation, Mechatronics/Robotics, and Logistics to help to meet local industry demand. Training was initially housed in CVCC’s Engineering Technologies Building before transferring to the new Workforce Solutions Center that was completed in 2018. Golden LEAF funds were used for equipment.
