Wind and rain from Hurricane Florence damaged the roof, a gas line, and two classrooms at Renaissance Road Church. Golden LEAF Disaster Recovery Grant Program funds were used to reimburse the church for materials used to repair the roof and classrooms and for the cost of repairing the gas line. Renaissance Road Church completed repairs to the roof and classrooms using volunteer labor.
