The work-based learning will be focused on high-demand industries such as healthcare, construction, technology, and automotive. Forty-five participants are expected to complete at least one curriculum and/or continuing education course or program through Asheville-Buncombe Community College. Ten individuals are expected to earn at least one industry/third party certification, license, or other credentials in their job training program. Sixty individuals will receive meaningful exposure to local careers.
