Description:

This award provides funding to Ashe County for clearing, grading, erosion control, and other site preparation on the 10.2-acre Lot 5 in the new Ashe County Business Park. The county anticipates that successful industry recruitment to the site would create approximately 84 jobs with average annual wages of $40,000, and $9,568,000 in private capital investment.
