This grant provided funding to Goshen Medical Center to purchase equipment to upfit a new medical facility in Tabor City. The facility will have three providers, plus staff members, and has the capacity to provide approximately 9,800 medical visits per year. Operating funding is provided by Health Resources and Services Administration new access point funding and patient revenues. Golden LEAF funds were used for equipment, IT, and furnishings.
