Description:

Flooding from Hurricane Matthew caused the Fair Bluff community to lose a significant number of residential rental units. Fair Bluff has worked on a plan with a private developer to construct 32 to 48 affordable housing units outside of the floodplain. This grant will enable Fair Bluff to extend water and sewer to serve the new rental complex.
