The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to UNC-Chapel Hill to produce a written master plan for the Town of Enfield, placing an emphasis on rural entrepreneurship and innovation, incorporating community/economic development opportunities such as sport complexes, downtown revitalization, housing, recreation, and commercial-industrial opportunities, as well as the infrastructure needed to support future development.
