This Golden LEAF grant will assist Nash Community College, in collaboration with 3 major employers of lineman, to start an Electric Lineman Technology diploma program. The program will prepare students for jobs in the field of line installers and cable splicers where overall employment is expected to grow at 9% per year through 2006.
