This award provides funding to Edenton-Chowan Partnership Inc. to conduct Golden LEAF approved due diligence analyses on 23.65 acres within the Edenton-Chowan Airport Industrial Park. All due diligence must meet requirements described in the Golden LEAF SITE Program.
Any project more than a couple of years old may not reflect current Board priorities.
