Description:

This grant provides funding to Davidson County Community College (DCCC) to assist with converting space at the former Davie Medical Center-Mocksville (DMC) into training areas to expand its Emergency Medical Science program to DMC from its Davidson County campus. DCCC also plans to offer radiography certificate programs in certain radiography technologies such as mammography for students who already have a degree in radiography. Golden LEAF funds will support renovations, furnishings, technology, and equipment.
