The Golden LEAF Foundation recently hosted a funder forum in support of its Community-Based Grants Initiative in Western NC, in partnership with the N.C. Rural Center. Through the Community-Based Grants Initiative, Golden LEAF works to leverage available funding to increase the impact of awarded funds.
Funders presenting included the Appalachian Regional Commission, BlueCross and BlueShield of N.C. Foundation, Community Foundation of Western N.C., Dogwood Health Trust, N.C. Department of Commerce, N.C. Department of Environmental Quality, State Employees Credit Union Foundation, and USDA – Rural Development.
