The purpose of the meeting is to make technical modifications of the Golden LEAF Foundation’s grantee agreements to Mountain BizCapital, Inc. for the Hurricane Helene small business recovery loan program grants and to conform the agreements to recently enacted legislation. These updates include extending the timeframe in which loans can be made, the maximum terms of the loans, and other changes.
