The Board meeting will begin on Wednesday, August 6, and will take place at three sites at which the Board will receive information. The locations and approximate times are:

• 12:30 p.m. at High Gravity Lounge at the Sierra Nevada Brewery, 100 Sierra Nevada Way, Fletcher, NC
• 2:30 p.m. at Blue Ridge Community College Greenhouses, 245 East Campus Drive, Flat Rock, NC
• 3:30 p.m. at Baptists on Mission, 2421 Spartanburg Highway, East Flat Rock, NC

Parking and space at some of these locations is limited. Members of the public interested in attending should contact Jenny Tinklepaugh in advance for details. Ms. Tinklepaugh may be contacted using the information above. Please contact Ms. Tinklepaugh prior to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, if possible.

On Thursday, August 7, several committee meetings and the Board meeting will be held in the Cortland Room of the Technology Education and Development Center at Blue Ridge Community College, 49 East Campus Drive, Flat Rock, NC.

The order of the committee meetings may be adjusted within the dates and times listed in this notice.

The following meetings are scheduled to be held on August 7, starting at 8:00 a.m.:

• Audit Committee
• Finance Committee
• Personnel Committee
• Investment Committee
• Programs Committee
• Board Meeting (Reconvene)
