The purpose of this grant is to assist Bladen’s Bloomin’ in locating La Belle Amie Vineyard, LLC in Bladen County and building upon its successful agri-industrial leasing program. La Belle Amie Vineyard will initially create 8-12 new manufacturing jobs and potentially 100-150 agricultural jobs in the southeast region.
