The purpose of this grant is to support implementation of the Health Central program which promotes medication compliance among Work Central customers who have entered or are seeking employment. Health Central will help remove barriers to maintaining and improving employment by helping uninsured and underinsured customers receive medication for free or at reduced costs for chronic conditions that hinder their ability to obtain or retain jobs. Connectinc will serve new participants in Tier 1 counties who would also be receiving reemployment and job retention assistance.
