The Golden L.E.A.F. (Long-term Economic Advancement Foundation), Inc. (“Golden LEAF” or the “Foundation”) is requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions with a strong presence in North Carolina to provide banking services for the organization.
Golden LEAF utilizes demand deposit accounts held at two separate financial institutions in its day-to-day operations and utilizes a corporate credit card structure with five corporate cards. Golden LEAF has a revolving line of credit as a component of its liquidity risk management practices.
Golden LEAF is not seeking custodian services for its investment corpus.
Golden LEAF reserves the right to select one or more financial institutions to perform the following services or to reject all submissions. For example, Golden LEAF may choose one or more financial institutions to provide banking services and then one or more financial institutions to provide line of credit services or may choose not to have a line of credit.
