Meaghan Malone joined Golden LEAF in November 2024. As Digital Communication Specialist, she manages content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that engages stakeholders and showcases Golden LEAF’s positive impact on North Carolina’s rural communities. She combines her extensive communications expertise with a passion for creating meaningful connections, fostering strong community relationships, and driving brand engagement.

Before joining Golden LEAF, Meaghan honed her skills in digital marketing, campaign management, and strategic communications across agency settings, making significant contributions to client success and brand growth.

A Durham, NC, native with roots in Halifax County, VA, Meaghan is a third generation farmer, specializing in cattle production. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Design from North Carolina Central University and holds a Master of Arts in Luxury and Brand Management from Savannah College of Art and Design.
