Flecia joined the Golden LEAF Foundation in June 2023 as the Accounting Specialist. In her role, she provides accounting/financial support and human resources assistance.
Flecia has over 15 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining the Golden LEAF Foundation, she was the Accounting Specialist at QVC in Rocky Mount for 10 years. Flecia began her accounting career at the Nottingham Investment Company as a Fund Accountant and as a Staff Accountant for the nonprofit organization Rural Health Group.
Flecia is a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting from ECPI University’s College of Technology.
