The purpose of this Golden LEAF grant is to purchase laptop computers for students in grades 9-12 for high school students in the Whiteville City Schools as part of Golden LEAF’s 1:1 laptop demonstration project. The laptops will help participating students develop the skills needed to become lifelong learners and competitive citizens in a global economy.
