The purpose of this Community Assistance Initiative grant is to assist Caswell County with the construction of a waterline and elevated water tank in the County’s Pelham Industrial Park. It is expected that adding the proposed infrastructure will allow the county to successfully market the site to larger companies, creating jobs and increasing the tax base. Golden LEAF funds will be used for design and construction costs. Golden LEAF funds will leverage additional infrastructure funding from CDBG and the EDA.
