The purpose of this grant is to assist the City of Sanford with the construction of public wastewater infrastructure to serve a site selected by the Veterans Administration to locate a Community-Based Out Patient Clinic. The infrastructure will also have the capacity to serve other nearby properties. The VA will create new jobs at the clinic. Golden LEAF funds will be used for costs related to construction of the wastewater infrastructure.
