Description:

This Golden LEAF grant is to be used by the Town of Zebulon to construct a reclaimed water line extension that will be used for several industries, including GlaxoSmithKline. GlaxoSmithKline is planning a $92 million expansion of their existing facility in Zebulon and expects to add 200 new jobs.
