Description:

This Golden LEAF grant will support the construction of commercial space in downtown Salemburg that will be divided into three commercial offices or retail spaces. The Town will retain ownership of the building and has already received commitments from two tenants to lease the spaces. The direct impact is to add jobs to the town, with the indirect impact of encouraging economic growth in the downtown area.
