This grant will provide funding to the Town of Rutherfordton to install publicly owned and operated sewer infrastructure to serve Tryon Equestrian Park and other properties. Tryon Equestrian Park is developing an equestrian center, resort, and associated projects within 15 minutes of downtown Rutherfordton. The project will result in the creation of over 90 jobs. Golden LEAF funds will be used for construction of the sewer extension.
