Description:

The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to the Town of Bath to support expanded sewer infrastructure that will almost double the town’s sewage capacity. The improvements will allow them to be removed from a state moratorium that has been in place since 2007 preventing new growth and expansion in the town. This project will restore the Town’s wastewater disposal capacity to 40,000 gpd. Golden LEAF funds will be used for the installation of the SBR treatment plant, infiltration basin/wetland, and all associated blowers, pumps, valves and appurtenances as required to lift the SOC and moratorium.
