The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to the Town of Troy to upgrade its sewer collection system and wastewater treatment facility to increase capacity for the town’s industrial park located off Hwy. 24/27. The infrastructure upgrades will make the park more marketable and serviceable to potential industry.
