Description:

This award provides funding to County of Sampson to clear and grade one approximately 10-acre lot of a 21-acre parcel within the 120-acre Sampson Southeast Business Center industrial park. The county anticipates that the project could create 50 new jobs and nearly $7.5 million in capital investment.
