Description:

The purpose of this grant is to assist the City of Roanoke Rapids with infrastructure improvements needed to support the creation of 945 new jobs and $87,500,000 in new capital investment at the Carolina Crossroads Music & Entertainment District. Funding is to be used to assist with the relocation of an existing sewer line. In addition to the entertainment district, the sewer line serves an existing industrial park.
