Description:

This award provides funding to County of Stanly to clear and grade an 8-acre site at the entrance of the 34-acre Riverstone Industrial Park, one of two publicly owned sites and the only county-owned industrial site in Stanly County. The county anticipates that the project may result in $10 million in private capital investment and creation of 60 jobs.
