The Town of Valdese will extend its existing revolving loan program to target new and existing small businesses throughout Burke County for the purpose of increasing and retaining jobs. This revolving loan fund is expected result in 25 direct jobs created or saved with the initial round of loans. Western Piedmont Community College’s Small Business Center and Burke Development, Inc. will provide support and guidance for new, at-risk and expanding businesses.
