This Golden LEAF grant will allow Wayne Opportunity Center, Inc. to purchase equipment to support expansion of its recycling program and become a regional recycling center. With the expansion, the Center proposes to train and place 46 disabled clients each year in jobs in the community and provide recycling work for 12 to 15 clients per day.
