Description:

The purpose of this grant is to assist Cleveland County with an economic development project by purchasing equipment that will be leased or sold to Clearwater Paper at fair market value. Clearwater Paper is establishing a new manufacturing facility in the County and will create 250 new jobs paying approximately $38,000 per year, above the County average of $31,200.
