Description:

The purpose of this grant is to assist the City of Claremont purchase wastewater pretreatment equipment that will be leased or sold to Pierre Foods, which is expanding its operations and adding 500 new jobs in the city. The project will also help Pierre Foods retain its current 717 jobs.
