The purpose of this grant is to assist the Town of Holly Springs with the completion of the sewer force main and gravity line that is part of the public infrastructure improvements needed for Project Novartis. This supplemental award is made in support of the Town’s infrastructure commitments to attract Novartis and create a minimum of 350 jobs for area residents.
