This Golden LEAF grant will allow Surry County to purchase equipment that it will lease to Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC. Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC will locate a new manufacturing plant in an existing building in the Town of Elkin. The company will create 260 full time positions within three years paying an average wage of $30,608 plus benefits, which is above the County average.
