This project will further develop and extend the statewide replication of professional learning for school administrators, teachers, and staff supporting digital learning implementation in North Carolina’s K-12 schools. Following a model developed in work across sixteen NC districts in 2015, the Friday Institute will provide extended coaching in digital leadership with at least thirteen new school leadership teams. The model provides needed support in planning and implementation strategies to launch successful digital learning initiatives at the school level and across districts. Golden LEAF funds will be used for personnel, travel, and meetings.
