Description:

Onslow Community Outreach (OCO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides social services and healthcare to disadvantaged populations in Jacksonville. Wind-driven rain during Hurricane Florence damaged the Morgan Building owned and operated by OCO. Golden LEAF disaster recovery funds will be used to repair the damage to the roof and the building interior.
