Description:

The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to the Warren County Free Clinic to support a project to upgrade its outdated equipment and enable it to provide increased access to onsite medical testing, resulting in faster diagnoses and treatment of various medical conditions. The ability to perform onsite testing, diagnosis and treatment will reduce patient travel, eliminate fees for services and will decrease the number of emergency room visits. The clinic was established 7 years ago and provides primary care to mostly uninsured clients in the Warren County region. Golden LEAF funds will be used for medical testing equipment and supplies.
