Description:

This award provides funding to East Yancey Water and Sewer District for grading of a site and to extend a water main that will support an expansion of Little Leaf Farms and enable development of an adjacent parcel in the park. Little Leaf Farms will create 100 new jobs at an annual average wage of $53,700 and make $86 million in private investment.
