This grant provides funding to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center (CRMC) to open a new internal medicine facility in Elizabeth City. The facility will provide urgent care, primary care, imaging, and an outpatient lab to serve a proposed 16,000 patient visits per year within three years of opening. The project is expected to create seven jobs. Golden LEAF funds will be used for equipment and information technology.
