The Town of Hookerton currently leases a small medical facility to the Hookerton Family Practice. The purpose of this grant is to provide funds to the Town for the renovation and expansion of the medical facility to allow the practice to accommodate an increasing patient base. Funds will be used for construction/ renovation, lab equipment, computer equipment and furniture.
